Joe was great!! He was super thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He answered all our questions and discussed different options with us. We'll be requesting him in the future. I liked the flat-rate pricing as opposed to an hourly rate. It helps you know what you're getting upfront. I know they've got to pay workers extra for off-hours and holidays, but the emergency fee still did seem a bit exorbitant. But maybe it's standard for the industry. I don't have enough experience to know. They were at least upfront and clear about it. We'll still be calling them again, though, for more yearly service, and we'll just hope to avoid emergency calls in the future.
