Ashton was downstairs while JJ and Miguel were upstairs. He was explaining what was going on. They completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. JJ told us about the 30-day warranty, that we should be good to go, and to call them if the issue continues (he didn’t see that happening)! Thank you!"

We discussed what the best way to clean the drain was, as the former owners of the house were pouring liquid cooking grease down the drain. I knew the drain needed to be jetted and the price of $480 was more than fair. The 2 techs were in and out in about an hour and left the area cleaner than when they came. As a former home builder, I am more than familiar with pricing and quality of work by so-called professionals. Your techs surpassed my expectations, and they were knowledgeable and also quite nice. I would only call Zoom for my plumbing needs."
