I am very happy I did. Very professional company! They explained their operation, scheduled my appointment, followed up with email, contacted me the day before as a friendly reminder, called me the day of to inform me the technician was on the way, and then Mike Sweeney arrives! He did a fantastic job. After inspecting the drains, he informed me of what he had to do to clear the drain and the cost. After clearing the drains, he showed me how they should look going forward. He also provided me with a drain treatment to use in my drain. Great job... Great company. Thank you, Mike!"
