    They got here quickly, diagnosed the problem that night, and got us a temp solution.
    "We were very impressed with their services! We had a problem come up at 1 AM a few nights ago. The shower wasn’t draining, toilets weren’t flushing, and water was backing up into the garden tub. It needed to be figured out immediately, as neither one of us could call off from work the next day. After calling around to what seemed like a million other companies listed on Google that offered 24/7 emergency service, they were the only ones that could actually get out to us within an hour of us calling. They got here quickly, diagnosed the problem that night, and got us a temp solution till they were able to come and replace the pipes that had roots growing into them! The day of repairs came, and they were punctual and got things situated in a timely manner and were very respectful. Will definitely be calling them again if we have another issue!"

    "Office was kind and polite when scheduling. The tech was nice and communicative when he arrived. They used shoe covers as they walked through the house, which I appreciated very much. They completed all of the work as requested with great quality. At the end of the service visit, there was a mishap when they attempted to turn the water back on. I was able to have a conversation with them about it; they took accountability and made things right. Mistakes happen, but how you recover from that says everything about your character. They were honest and that means a lot to me. I would call them in the future if I needed service."

He went above and beyond to solve the problem—first trying two different snakes to clear the clog. I had mentioned that the last time we had this issue, a plumber had to jet the line, but Raymond was determined to try every option first. When the snakes didn't do the trick, he said, "We're going to have to jet it," and he did just that. We were back in business in no time!
