They were prompt in arrival, showed me the camera video of drain pipes in the yard that were full of roots and twigs that were causing the drain to back up and soak our basement walls. A few downspout adapters were accidentally broken, and they made a trip to Lowe’s to purchase the downspout adapters and replaced them. They were careful around the flower beds. They were both very courteous. They cleared 11 rain downspouts."

    "I called the emergency line on a Saturday as a new customer due to our main line to the street being clogged. The gentleman I spoke with initially, I believe his name was Robert, was friendly and empathetic, which left a great first impression. He told me he could have someone out before noon. This timeframe was honored, and communication through text and phone call was clear and consistent. Our technician, Evan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. As you can see from the image, he really had to deal with some serious crap, but he handled the shituation completely in stride. 😆 He cleared things out for us and explained the process, all at a reasonable price. Zoom Drain knows their stuff when the crap hits the fan, and they will be my first call next time."
