    I'm closing on my home soon, so this item being checked off the list at a good flat rate and in a timely manner means a lot.
    "ZOOM DRAIN KC came out and looked at my sump pump. The gentleman informed me the pump had ran its course and it would need to be replaced. I was very nervous about the cost of pump and installation. To my surprise it was reasonable. Zoom does flat rate pricing. Alex quickly got the necessary parts, installed pump, did a test run since there was already water in the hole, and confirmed I was good to go.
