"We needed to look into having our outdoor yard drains cleaned. This is the first time this property had any work or maintenance performed on them and we were clueless. The property was built in 2002. Zoom Drain was the third company we had out because we just weren’t satisfied with the others. We were hesitant and nervous because of the previous experience. I spoke to Jill, the owner, and she was pleasant and very informative about their services. Their prices are flat rate and very reasonable for the work that is provided. Louis was the technician who came out and was an amazing young man! Friendly, hardworking, and very communicative! We had hydrojet service done along with a camera inspection before and after it was done! We were told by the first guy that it appeared we had a clogged pipe and we would have to cut under the cement. That didn’t sit right with me as I knew there had to be other options and wanted to know for sure that we HAD to cut a trench into our cement. The second crew that came out, I immediately could tell wanted to upsell and make you invest a ton up front without even knowing what was wrong. Well, with the hydrojet/camera inspection we learned there were some odd things underground and it appears a ton of roots and dirt got caught up on a Y connector. Louis worked hard to figure out what was happening underground and diligently cleared the drain. What a relief! We now don’t have to cut a trench in our cement! Louis went through every section of our drains to be sure all were functioning! He gave us some recommendations on how to keep our drains working properly and remain clog free! We will personally use this company to do yearly maintenance on our outdoor drains moving forward. Seeing how bad the roots can get, we don’t want this to happen again. Zoom Drain has earned our trust and will always go to them for all our future plumbing needs! Thank you so much!"
