They took the time to understand our issue and prepare for the call. Marcos came out at the time of the appointment and was on time, friendly, and professional. He gave us some realistic options and was patient while we decided the best option for us to fix the water heater. He did not try to upsell us or provide anything we didn’t need. We ended up replacing the water heater, and he came out later that day and got it done. The price was below the average price we looked up online, and we felt great about the service. We will be using them again in the future."

It’s rare to find someone so super knowledgeable and dependable. I've used this company a few times. He took the time to clearly explain all of our options and walked us through exactly why certain repairs were recommended. I really appreciated that I didn't feel pressured, unnecessarily up sold or gouged at all—just given honest, upfront information.
