    "I am a property manager for a small duplex community, and Thomas showed up and located the clogged sewer line. He camera'd the line and showed me where the old line was crushed where it met the road. He was able to get the line open temporarily. Thomas from Zoom Drain gave a good estimate for the sewer line replacement and within 24 hours had a crew onsite. The job consisted of removing a section of sidewalk and asphalt. By the next morning the section of sidewalk was replaced, a new section of sewer line had been installed, and the asphalt was patched. Zoom Drain was very quick and professional at a great price."

    "Had clog issues with a downspout. Mark and Dempsey came out to address it. Upon a camera inspection of my underground pipes, they found multiple breaks throughout the piping layout. In addition, they did attempt to jet out debris with minimal success because of the issues found. I’m going to have to review the proposal to fix as it will require a yard and landscape dig. That said, their customer service was outstanding. They answered my questions and I felt no pressure. I recommend them for similar issues."

    "Marcus and Dempsey came out today to descale and hydro jet a sewer main pipe. They showed up on time and did not leave until the job was complete. They were both so polite, so respectful, and so very conscientious with all of their work. While working to clear the main line, there were challenges with twists and turns in the pipe. I never saw them once lose their cool or get angry. They kept working diligently and did such an excellent and thorough job. They put a camera in the line several times during the process to know exactly which hydro jet head to use and to inspect the line for debris. I cannot say enough good things about these two men. I highly recommend this company for drain and sewer cleaning. Thank you, Marcus and Dempsey!"

My inspection was admittedly a huge pain (my fault, not theirs), and not only did Mark take the time to get me what I needed, his supervisor also came out to bring an extra piece of equipment.
