    "Nothing ruins a day like a clogged sewer line, and it shows up without warning. I called Zoom, got an afternoon appointment, and by 2 p.m. the truck showed up. Dan got to work immediately and used the power jet thing to clear the line. He then checked his work with a video camera to show me it was all clear. Dan was personable, eager to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. An excellent representative for Zoom."

    Anthony was fantastic to work with. Communication was great and he worked hard to troubleshoot a main sewer drain clog.

Unfortunately, the Zoom jet clean and snake was not powerful enough to clear whatever blockage exists. Now I need to investigate having the trap dug up and replaced and we still don’t know where the clog is. Definitely not Anthony’s fault, but still frustrating nonetheless."
